Inclusive Kids Guide website design and development

A colourful directory that helps families check whether a place suits their needs before they go. We designed and developed the website and standardised the branding throughout.

Inclusive Kids Guide helps families of children with additional needs find places to go, with practical inclusion details available before they visit. We designed and developed the website and standardised the branding across it, giving the directory, place listings and family guides a consistent, colourful identity.

The details parents need before leaving home

A playground photograph can't tell a parent whether the space is fenced or has an accessible toilet. Inclusive Kids Guide puts those details beside the places themselves. Families can browse by activity and narrow the directory by the inclusion features they need, then open a listing to see what's confirmed.

A consistent brand, with room for play

We designed and developed the site, carrying the blue, pink and yellow palette through the homepage, directory and individual listings. The rainbow and photo collage give the homepage its character; clear headings and familiar layouts keep the information easy to follow as visitors move through the site. Standardising the branding means each page feels part of the same guide.

Build notes

  • Designed and developed the website around finding suitable places and checking the details before a visit.
  • Standardised colours, typography and page styling across the site.
  • Brought activity categories, inclusion filters and venue information into a connected directory experience.
