Click IT Solutions came to us after an earlier website build had gone through repeated rounds without meeting the brief. We redesigned the WordPress and Elementor site from end to end, gave a large amount of service content a clear hierarchy, removed motion that was getting in the way, rebuilt the page structure for search, and made mobile calls and enquiries easy. We also set up the hosting, mapped the old URLs to 301 redirects and managed the DNS cutover without disrupting business email.
Where the project started
Click IT Solutions had already commissioned a new website from another developer, working from a supplied brief. Several rounds later, the build still wasn't meeting it. The problem went past a few colours or spacing choices. Important service content was hard to scan, the layout wasn't carrying the message clearly, and animation had become a drag on the experience. The client asked Rangefront Labs to take over the redesign and get the site ready to launch.
A redesign around the content
There was plenty worth keeping in the source material, but too much of it arrived on the page with the same weight. We rebuilt the hierarchy across the homepage and each service area, separating Managed IT, Cyber Security and Insider Risk into clear routes with headings that tell a visitor where they are and what the service covers. The WordPress and Elementor build stayed practical for the site team while the front end became much easier to read.
Mobile calls, forms and speed
The small-screen layout was designed around the actions that matter for an IT provider: call, book a short conversation or send enough detail for Hakan to respond. Those actions sit close to the decision point instead of being buried in the footer. We also cut nonessential animations and transitions, so the browser does less work and the visitor gets to the content faster.
The launch had to protect more than the website
A redesign can look finished and still cause damage at launch. We rebuilt the heading structure and page metadata for search, then mapped existing URLs to 301 redirects so useful links didn't disappear when the new structure went live. Rangefront also set up the hosting account and managed the DNS change, preserving the records used by the client's existing email and other business services.
Build notes
- Took over a website project that had already been through repeated revision rounds without meeting the client's brief.
- Reworked the full content structure across the homepage, Managed IT, Cyber Security, Insider Risk, comparison and contact pages.
- Removed nonessential animations and transitions that added delay without helping a visitor understand the offer.
- Rebuilt the heading structure, page metadata and crawlable content around the services people search for.
- Put the phone number, short booking action and enquiry form where mobile visitors can use them without hunting through the site.
- Set up the hosting account, mapped old URLs to 301 redirects and preserved existing email and other business-critical DNS records during cutover.
