Who we are
Rangefront Labs (“we”, “us”) is a software studio based in Toowoomba, Queensland. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our engagements.
What we collect
We collect what you choose to give us: typically your name, email address, organisation and the details of an enquiry submitted through our contact form, or your email address if you subscribe to updates. We also collect website usage and advertising-attribution data, including page visits, referral information and whether an advertising click leads to a successful enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send updates you asked for and improve the website. We use Mailchimp to manage email subscriptions.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measure website use and advertising performance. The OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel records a conversion only after our contact form reports that an enquiry was sent successfully. OpenAI’s automatic matching may detect supported contact details and hash them in your browser before the conversion event is sent. The automatic-matching feature does not send those raw contact details to OpenAI, and we mark the event to opt out of future user-level personalisation.
These providers process measurement data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
Security is the centre of how we work. We apply access controls and sensible retention limits to the information we hold, and we keep only what we need for as long as we need it.
