A build runs on documents that keep changing and a clock that does not stop. Drawings get revised, an RFI sits in someone’s inbox, a variation gets verbally agreed on site and written down two weeks later, and a progress claim goes out against numbers that came from three different places. The work itself is fine. The trouble is that the record of the work lives across a shared drive, a couple of spreadsheets, a project email thread and whatever the site supervisor remembers, so the current version of anything is a guess and the last revision is anyone’s guess.

When those live in separate tools, someone reconciles them by hand and the figures drift. Built for Queensland’s construction pipeline

Queensland is in a long building cycle, and the systems have to keep up with it.
